The NiaSeattle Fall Jam is all set for Sept. 30 from 1-2:30 pm at The Century Ballroom on Capitol Hill (915 E Pine St). $20 suggested donation. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Lone Star Paralysis Foundation to help people recover from spinal cord injuries like the one suffered last year by Daniel Curtis, son of Nia Trainer Holly Nastasi. You can learn more about his recovery journey here. I hope you will join us. Nia Jams are tons of fun – think of a Nia class to the 10th power. And, this one is for a great cause!
